I couldn't go to the Quilting meeting on wednesday evening because I could only get transport there and had a bad physio session as well, what with the traction and everthing. : ( I'll get to thier exhibtion in a couple of weeks and meet them then. I also had bad news in that a friend of mine has passed away on wednesday morning.
I did a brain storm for my butterfly quilt earlier. These were the words that I came up with:

I want do a good sized quilt, not sure whether to make a rectangluar one, or a square one.
Getting really inspired about this one.
Have started piecing my needlecase and will hopefully finish that by either tonight or tomorrow.
A landmark in my current recovery was achieved today - I managed to get to the shop and to the charity shop a few houses away.I took them some books i'd bought there and read but didn't need anymore and picked up a couple more and some fabric finds. one was a large length of sheer fabric with roses and victorian picture motifs on them. The other was a set of four deep russet red cotton linen weave napkins with chinese characters in the corner. Will photograph them later.
